Art utility room- available when you rent this space to teach your art classes!

Rates are flexible and they can differ depending on the particular requirements of the event, please call us to discuss.

Charges cover use of facilities only. Technical services for sound and lights are extra.

Outside catering is allowed, a set up area is available.

Security may be required.

A contract must be signed and a down payment received before rental dates are secure. A damage deposit is required.
