This position is a 100% time position responsible for School of Music productions and performances, including the operation of Ted Mann Concert Hall (TMCH) and Lloyd Ultan Recital Hall (LUHR). This position provides strategic vision and operational leadership within the framework of the teaching mission of the School of Music. This position solicits and distributes production and logistical information in advance of events scheduled within the concert hall and coordinates special events for the School of Music.

The Technical Director will bear the responsibility of the technical direction of each show including building the set, coordinating volunteers to help with the build, purchasing supplies and materials & assisting with the light load in.

Bloomington Civic Theatre is looking for a Spot Operator and Dresser for their upcoming production of NEXT TO NORMAL. Tech rehearsals begin on Saturday, October 11th with a Preview performance on October 16th and Opening on Friday, October 17th. Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday matinees. There are two Wednesday evening performances and Saturday matinees each. There is no performance on Halloween.
