The theatre program at White Bear Lake Area High School is looking for a scenic designer for their spring production of Alice in Wonderland.

Rehearsals begin March 16, 2015 (There will be three one-hour pre-production conceptualization meetings starting in February before rehearsals begin)

The stipend for the Scenic Designer position is $1,000. Scenic materials budget of approximately $800. White Bear Lake Area High School also has well-stocked scenic storage facilities to pull from.

Costumer needed for Hardcover Theater's God Rest Ye Scary Gentlemen III: three short stories – ghost stories with Xmas themes – adapted for the stage. The show opens on Fri Nov 28 at the Bryant-Lake Bowl.

We already have most of the clothing we need, but we need someone to help us decide what to wear when, and to alter things to fit. There may also be a small amount of construction.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to pick up a fairly easy credit. Pay $100.

Old Log seeks SM, Sound Op, and Run Crew

We are hiring a Stage Manager, Sound Board Operator (live mics and sound cues), and a back stage Run Crew person for our upcoming holiday show, A Charlie Brown Christmas. Our typical week has 8-10 shows (about 1 hour run time each), all matinees through the week and weekend. The Stage Manager will begin November 3rd and be paid by weekly contract. The Sound Board Operator and Run Crew will begin on November 15th, and be paid hourly with about a 2 1/2 hour commitment per show. The show opens on November 18th, and closes on December 31st, 2014.

LEAD CARPENTER NEEDED!!

HELP! Woodbury HIgh School is looking for a lead carpenter to build the set for their fall musical "CURTAINS. You would be working with some very interested students in building the set pieces and some props. We have the designs. Ideally we would like the carpenter to work with the students to build, mount, hang drops and strike the set. Hours would be after school or evenings on weekdays, Saturday and/or Sundays. You can set the hours within these parameters. Our current tech director had to drop out abruptly. The show opens November 14!!
