Total of six performances (May 1 & 2; 8 & 9; 15 & 16) at several suburban Twin Cities venues. All within 1 hour's drive of downtown Mpls. Auditions and performances paid.

We are looking to engage the following:

Cast: 4 men and 1 woman, ages 20 to 50. Must have strong voice and wide stylistic range. Performances will not be mic'd.

Walter is a wonderful, comedic role, filled with sarcastic one-liners.

Show Synopsis: A small professional theatre company is sick and tired of producing their annual "A Christmas Carol." Tiny Tim, is no longer tiny, Scrooge is performing in Spanish, and the set is falling apart. Suddenly, they learn that their funding is in danger and their only chance of survival is to impress the Inspector from the National Endowment for the Arts.

SYNOPSIS:
The surprising appearance of a charming, magical African leads a modern biracial couple to a better understanding and appreciation of the experience of immigrants from Somalia, Ethiopia, and Liberia and helps them consider how to connect with and celebrate one's heritage.

Mature Latina Actor Needed for limited tour

CLIMB Theatre's award winning play A Deeper Look will be rehearsing for the first week of January, commencing on January 5th and will tour in rep with another play through the month of January. The rehearsal days and the performance days are paid at a generous day rate. Rehearsals in the 5 day rehearsal period will primarily be in afternoons and early evenings, unless there is a split day, rehearsing mornings and then evenings.
