Judith Brin Ingber grew up in Minneapolis and studied ballet with Lorand Andahazy and Anna Adrianova. She expanded her dance studies under Bessie Schonberg at Sarah Lawrence College, NY, later performing with Meredith Monk and also working at Dance Magazine for the editor Lydia Joel. Judith lived in Israel for five years where she taught and choreographed for the Bat Dor-Batsheva Dance Society and was also assistant to the director of the Inbal Dance Theater. After returning to Minneapolis, Judith co-founded the music and dance troupe, Voices of Sepharad, touring extensively in the US, Canada and also Europe.
Judith continues her ballet studies with Bonnie Mathis in Minneapolis and also studies Pilates and Alexander. She has also taught at dance festivals in London, Poland and Israel in the last few summers, and appeared on special series at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and at the University of California at Riverside; she is also a teaching specialist at the University of MN Department of Theater Arts and Dance.
